Where can I find information about U.S. Supreme Court nominees?

You can find a list of every U.S. Supreme Court nominee since 1789 and the outcome of their nomination on the U.S. Senate’s website.

You can find nomination documents for recently confirmed and recently unconfirmed U.S. Supreme Court nominees on the Library of Congress website.

You can find information about U.S. Supreme Court nominations in HeinOnline’s History of Supreme Court Nominations collection. This information includes hearings and reports by the Senate Judiciary Committee on successful and unsuccessful nominations.
